Match Preview

The A XV take to the road this week for their last friendly against Gravesend IV before the league structure kicks in. A fixture that was started last year, all be it against Gravesend Vets, is proving to be everything rugby stands for.
With great camaraderie between the 2 sides we are very fortunate that the fixture exists via a chance meeting between both match secretaries at the Kent Met AGM last year.
The A XV is greatly changed this season from the side that was only beaten a handful of times last year. With plenty of new faces in the ranks and a smattering of old heads this looks forward to being an exciting season, hopefully this fixture will prove to be as great as last years and for many more seasons to come.
