After two wonderful years serving as President of The Old Dunstonians RFC, I wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who makes this club so special.

It’s been an immense privilege to represent OD’s, a club that’s been a second home to me for more than three decades, both on and off the pitch.

To have followed in the footsteps of so many great Presidents before me, and to have played a small part in the continuing story of this historic club, has been one of the great honours of my life.

The past two seasons have not been without their challenges, but what has always shone through is the incredible spirit, camaraderie, and passion that defines the OD family.

That spirit was on full display last weekend in a superb 59-12 win over Blackheath Bandits - brilliant, well fought, competitive rugby, played with smiles on faces, just as it should be.

As I pass the baton to my good friend and successor, Russ Hackwood, I do so with complete confidence and pride.

Russ embodies everything that makes OD’s special - commitment, passion, energy, and a genuine love for the club.

I know he’ll do an absolutely fantastic job leading the way forward.

I remain, as ever, a loyal supporter of the club, and I look forward to cheering the lads on this season and joining everyone as we celebrate our 90th Tour to Cornwall next Easter, a truly magnificent milestone for this great club.

Thank you all for your friendship, your support, and for the memories I’ll always treasure.

Here’s to many more years of success, singing, laughter, and great rugby at The Old Dunstonians RFC.
